Über uns
This is an English-speaking self-help group for those struggling with depression and/or anxiety. You can drop-in and meet the others with similar problems and (hopefully) get less stuck by listening and being listened to.
The group aims to be a safe place where you can permit yourself to open up and share your experience, as well as to provide inspirations and tips with which you can develop new coping-strategies.
Previous therapy experience is desired, but not mandatory.
Going to a group for the first time can be hard, but you can be sure of a warm welcome - come and see if this is something for you.
