This is a support group for anyone who has been given a diagnosis of cancer. About 5 people attend each month. Whether you're currently in treatment or have been in remission for years, you are welcome to join us. The format of each group will be a short introduction, then a time of sharing with the group, a short relaxation experience (like listening to music or a guided visualization), and then time to talk with others. You are welcome to leave at any time and this is a safe space for everyone.
