Über uns
Do you think you might be washing your hands too much? Are your afraid of touching your own shoe laces? Can’t stop thinking about your relationship? Are you afraid something bad will happen to you or your loved ones if you don’t do your chores a certain way? Are you going to sleep later than you’d like to because you keep checking if your door is locked? Do you experience sexual or violent intrusive thoughts and/or images that lead you to avoid spending time with your partner or kids?
If the answer to any of these questions is “yes,” you likely have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Whether you have contamination OCD, relationship OCD, rumination OCD, scrupulosity OCD, checking OCD, hoarding OCD, intrusive thoughts OCD, or any other type, you are welcome to join our group and have a safe space to speak about your obsessions, ruminations, and the compulsions they lead to.
Compulsion Crushers can be a great place to learn about OCD, gain insight into techniques like Exposure and Response Prevention, share therapies and coping strategies, and hopefully reduce your compulsions. Any minute you spend not carrying out the compulsions that your OCD makes you do is a minute you have to yourself! Gain back some of your time and independence by joining Compulsion Crushers today. Or just come and vent about your OCD!
If you think you have OCD, you are welcome to join our group, with or without a diagnosis.
