Wir sind eine selbstorganisierte Gruppe von Menschen, die einen Schwangerschaftsabbruch erlebt haben und sich über das Erlebte, Gefühle und die psychische Folgen austauschen. Durch unsere Treffen wollen wir einen Weg zum Verarbeiten des Erlebten und einen konstruktiven Umgang mit der Problematik erreichen. Außerdem ist die Gruppe ein wichtiger Ort, Informationen zu teilen, da notwendige Anlaufstellen fehlen. Wir verstehen unsere Treffen und unsere Gruppe als einen wichtigen Akt der Selbstfürsorge und des Empowerments.

We are a self-organized group of people who have experienced an abortion and offer a space to discuss any of the feelings or psychological consequences that this experience can cause. Through our meetings we want to find a way to process what we have been through as well as a way to deal with it constructively. In addition, this group is an opportunity to share important informations as well as organising ourselves to face this moment together and prevent isolation. We see our meetings and our group as an important act of self-care and empowerment.
